This course will give students the opportunity to learn skills of publishing and presentation concepts through the development of sophisticated business documents and projects. These documents include brochures, flyers, posters, banners, newsletters, webpages, onscreen presentations, video/audio productions. Students will enhance their technology skills by learning Adobe Illustrator CS5, and the basics of Flash and Dreamweaver. In addition, students will use Apple's Final Cut Pro and Garage Band as they create audio and video products. As a honors course, students are expected to be self-motivated and driven learners. Assessment is performance and product-based.
